Stretching and Stress Management sessions are grounded in yoga physio and yoga therapy teachings, offering safe and healthy practices suitable for all levels of health and fitness in the workforce.
Simple postural and breathing reminders help staff to tune in to how they function throughout their shift. Accessible and mindful stretches for the whole body keeps the spine, shoulders, neck and hips supple - an antidote to long hours of sitting at a desk or standing over machinery.
Participants learn a handy supply of “tools’’ to use daily at work and at home to keep their stress levels down, their bodies moving well and their immune systems at top notch. This all adds up to happier workers, fewer sick days and boosted productivity.
Leanne can come to your workplace to offer 30 minute to 1 hour sessions. An open meeting or staff room with sturdy chairs and space to move or an outdoor shaded area with seating is ideal. Full and lasting benefits come from a series of regular (weekly) sessions.
No special clothing or equipment is required.
Rates: $85 for 30 minutes, $100 for up to 1 hour
