Yoga for Children
Children are natural yogis (we call them yoginis!) As their world gets more sophisticated, busy and potentially stressful, it is so valuable to remember the tools to help them deal with whatever comes their way from a calm, steady and non-reactive perspective.
Yoga for Kids classes are fun and practical. The children are given the space to be completely themselves, guided through gentle yoga postures, working with the breath and practising techniques such as visualisation and meditation. And there are yoga games!
Strength, balance and flexibility are nurtured gently in the physical body and these qualities are carried harmoniously into the mind and the spirit.
